I enjoy writing reviews and adding my own recommendations to my blog. All reviews and recommendations published represent my own/my family's personal views.

If I receive free products to review or any payment for reviewing/advertising products, this will be clearly stated at the bottom of the relevant post. My family - Mr O and my two daughters aged 11 and 13 are also happy to comment, if you require a family's viewpoint. I am based in the West Midlands, UK.

Advertising, sponsored posts and reviews
I'm afraid that I don't offer advertising or publish press releases and only consider occasional sponsored posts, providing they fit in with my blog ethos. I request payment (negotiable) in return for an sponsored post/advertorial feature.

Reviews: I request a minimum of a free product to review and/or to give away as a competition prize. The receipt of a free product does not guarantee a positive review in return, but I am happy to provide detailed feedback, even if I feel I can't review your product on my blog.
I have a limited number of promotional posts available each month, so I only review products, venues and services which are vegetarian/vegan and/or suitable for a vegetarian, organic or eco lifestyle. I give preference to small or new companies/products and to those with a unique selling point.

I always aim to

Make transparent any relationships with products or companies.
Provide an honest, balanced review, written as truthfully as possible about a product or company.
Clearly label advertising, advertorials and/or sponsored posts.
Observe intellectual property rights.
