- 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp white wine/cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegan Worcester Sauce (I use Life Worcester Sauce)
- 1 tsp soft brown sugar (optional)
- ½ tsp dried English mustard powder (or use a pinch of cayenne)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Add the ketchup and stir well.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until needed (keeps for 1 week).
Alternatives: Add different herbs and spices if preferred.
