- Monday: Portugal - piri piri mushroom & halloumi burgers with sweet potato wedges
- Tuesday: Mexico - vegetable and bean enchiladas with salad
- Wednesday: Spain pisto manchego with sauteed potatoes
- Thursday: Greece Quorn souvlaki with rice
- Friday: Italy pasta with anti-pasti pesto sauce
- Saturday: Iran kabab koobideh with rice (I'll admit, I cheated on this one and just added an Iranian version to my existing shami kebab recipe!)
- Sunday: USA sloppy Joes
